My Future Plan

The last few days had been very disturbing and the hours leading up to this morning was equally troublesome.
The heart was not at ease. There was discomfort all over. I was missing something.
There was a strange emptiness. An emptiness which required a deep introspection.
So, I woke up this morning and thought deep in order to figure out why the mind was not at peace?
After much deliberation, I figured out the cause. I realised planning for future is something so important. I had probably missed this out. So, I decided it is time I figure out where I wish to see myself many years from now.
Subhan Allaah- I decided to accompany myself alongwith my father and both of us went looking for this place or 'The Place' where I could see myself years from now.

We reached a stop and as we were led in- I happened to meet a lot of my Muslim brethren. My Nana, Nani, Dada, Mamu and other close and distant family members were there too.

I tried talking to them but they wouldn't respond. None of them were able to hear me. They were all dead. Their body mixed in the dust. I was at my temporary destination- The Graveyard.
Subhan Allaah- I saw my near future-
So, this is where I will be and like my relatives couldn't hear me, a day will come when I won't be able to hear any of my relatives. I will be totaly left in the mercy of my Lord! And the only thing which can aid me that day will be-
My Belief in Allaah- Obedience to His Messenger- Muhammad sal allaahu ayhi was sallam and my deeds.

When I saw so many of my brethren buried, some whose epitaph bore the dates- Born in 1808 and Died in 1891 (83 years)- I noticed this person spent 83 odd years on this earth but has already spent 122 years inside the earth. His state only Allaah knws best what it would be.
So much for this life!!! So much for fame and desires...
What a tryst with future!!! A truly eye opener. Have you had a tryst with your future lately? Prepare for that future before it arrives!!!

6100 people die every hour

Imagine that moment- when death approaches you. It will find you out- you, me we all will face that moment.
And then as the soul is drawn out and you will on that day see the reality of this life. Those who were disobedient to Allaah's command will pray "O Allaah! Allow me to go back and worship you devoutly" - but it will be too late. Think!!!!
You and me will all face that moment-
But then there will be those who did good in this life and above all worshipped Allaah alone without associating any partners unto Him and He will be reveling at the idea of having achieved his purpose of life.
Think about it!!!
Are we ready to face the death?
Do we have deeds to show to Allaah?
6100 people die every hour- how do we think this hour is not our last!!!
Prostrate yourself in front of Allaah before our life runs out.

O Allah!

Allahumma inni as'aluka ladhdhatan-nadharii ilaa wajhika wash-shawqa ilaa liqaa'ika

O Allah! I ask You for the delight of gazing at Your Countenance and the eagerness of meeting You.

Wake up!!

"We are only in the 20's and we have the right to enjoy our life. Let us party and have fun and let us watch movies and immerse ourself in the fancies of this life"-
Such cries of the youth is a reflection of how deluded they are about their purpose of existence. The definition of entertainment has become 'What we desire' and hence we see such gross transgression of Allaah's law and yet the guilty ones do not see a mistake in their attitude.
This dunya is mere chattels of deception and how deluded are we to be a victim of this deception.
A movie showcasing filth satisfies our entertainment quotient but do we ask ourself every time we indulge in it-'Is my Lord pleased with this?'

Becoming a spiritual person in other faith is considered as a person who gives up everything including family and professional life and hibernates into one corner of the world however in Islam, a religion instituted by Almighty Allaah- spirituality is part of a family man who is also a working professional/businessman and thus he balances all of them, with his religious laws being the guiding forces and not his desires.

Awaken the Islam within...
Come Jumuah time/ Dhuhr time and you have no time to read your prayers- (I will go home and do Qadaa) but when it comes to filthy movie- you watch it without any further delay in plans.

Handsome boys, pretty girls, movies for the youth are transient.
Islam is permanent- from womb to cradle to grave to resurrection to Jannah/Jahannam. Choose your final abode now...

Importance of Forgiveness.

Forgiveness is the most overlooked characteristic which makes a man strong. We harbor ill-feelings within our heart and ain't willing to forgive those who have transgressed against us though we ourselves transgress Almighty Allaah's command several times a day and yet expect Him to forgive us.
Let us rework our strategy for life...
